Each year in the first week of July, Kyle’s family reunites in my mother-in-law’s itty bitty Iowa hometown culminating in Christmas on the 4th – complete with Santa inflatables and a white elephant gift exchange. It’s a week we look forward to all year long and we cherish this time spent with family members we don’t see very often.
To get into the spirit, I’m reminiscing on Kaeli and Tyler’s Christmastime elopement in downtown Charleston!
Kaeli and Tyler got married just before Christmas in an intimate elopement at White Point Garden in Charleston. They said “I do” in the park’s gazebo surrounded by their closest family and friends. After they exchanged vows, we had a great time walking around the historic streets south of Broad for photos. There’s really something magical about Christmas time in Charleston and with Kaeli and Tyler in front of the camera, it was a day like no other! I love all of the gorgeous holiday lights and colors we captured on their wedding day along with the sweetest and most genuine moments between the new Mr. and Mrs.
Congratulations Kaeli and Tyler! It was such an honor to photograph your elopement at White Point Garden! ♥️
