In November, I took a trip down to Beaufort for Sara and Ian’s wedding at the gorgeous Dataw Island Club and gosh, what a beautiful place. When I first met this couple for their Charleston engagement photos, I just knew they were one of a kind. Their wedding day didn’t disappoint! The day was full of love, laughter, and so many supportive family members who came from near and far to celebrate with them.
Sara’s bride style was so simple and so gorgeous. I love the lace detail on her dress, the dainty sparkle on her strappy Kate Spade flats, and her soft, flowing cathedral veil. And can we talk about what a gorgeous color forest green is for November?! Love this color palette.

Ian is such a fun guy – always laughing and joking around. Hanging out with these guys was such a fun start to the day! I’m loving the grey and green combination, complete with tuxedo socks!

I love Ian’s wave as Sara was walking down the aisle. This is probably one of the cutest groom reactions I’ve ever seen! This speaks volumes to their relationship together. So comfortable with each other and so glad to see each other.

The cake was so good, even grandma tried a bite.. and then asked for more! How sweet is Ian with Sara’s grandma? Such a wonderful family.
