Ashley and Chris got married late this spring in an enchanting elopement at Magnolia Plantation. I was so honored to be chosen as their wedding photographer to capture all the sweet moments of this intimate celebration.
The day began with an air of anticipation as Ashley and Chris prepared to share their first look at the Magnolia gazebo. Their smiles were everything as they set eyes on each other in their wedding attire for the first time before the ceremony. I love first looks! This private moment really gives the couple time to breathe and fully be in the moment together before walking down the aisle.
From the gazebo, Ashley and Chris walked down the aisle together to begin the ceremony. Surrounded by only their parents, Ashley and Chris exchanged vows in Magnolia’s charming secret garden. The intimacy of the ceremony surrounded by the garden’s beauty truly made this a moment to remember.
After their heartfelt ceremony, we ventured through the park to capture stunning portraits. My favorite portraits were taken at the Avenue of Oaks, an iconic feature at Magnolia Plantation. The majestic, Spanish moss draped oak trees made the most stunning backdrop. Throughout our time together, Ashley and Chris absolutely beamed at each other and I can’t stop looking at these newlywed portraits.
Congratulations Ashley and Chris! I’m so glad to have been your wedding photographer and am honored to have captured your sweet, intimate elopement at Magnolia Plantation. So incredibly happy for your both!
